Telephone Number - .
Line Group Id - 0
Locale - <Blank>
Force Account Code - <Unchecked>
Bloody well leave it alone and don't delete it because it looks like a half finished entry!!!
This allows the system for users to be able to dial out without using a prefix, such as 9 for example.
