Outcasts

Postby Deathlok » Wed Feb 09, 2011 11:27 am

Just watched the first couple of episodes of Outcasts. Now I am a big Sci-Fi fan, but for some reason I just don't find this engaging. The effects, sparse though they are are okay. Even the storyline has some intrigue.
There is a good cast, with a couple of outstanding actors. Hermione Norris to name just one.

But it just is not hooking me and bringing me in. It just seems a bit slow and ordinary at the moment.
It ain't the years honey, it's the mileage.

It's official, Outcasts is rubbish! The BBC have moved it to a later timeslot on a different day. Apparently it will be going to 10.25pm on a Sunday, starting the 27th February.

Can't say I am surprised, it is just not interesting. The actors appear to be "phoning" in their performances. I had high hopes for this, being an avid science fiction fan and all.
