JJ Abrams to direct Star Wars VII

However, I am not surprised as he has stated on more than one occassion how he loves Star Wars.
But as he is currently the man who brought Star Trek back from the dead in 2009 and we are about to have the sequel come out in merely a few weeks. I thought the image below was kind of topical...
